Your job

• Make workshops: You design workshops, moderate them and take care of the post-processing.
• Promote transformation: You support strategic topics and analyze change projects.
• Strengthening communication: You will start intranet contributions, work with decision templates and support the team in the day-to-day business.
• Manage processes: You follow progress, plan milestones and first report.
• Corporate culture: You plan events and formats to develop our culture alive. Your profile
• University degree in psychology, BWL, HR or social sciences (or similar).
• Analytical and creative: You can structure and moderate complex topics. ️
• Organizational talent: You work very structured, are flexible and find innovative solutions.
• Team player with own initiative: You bring ideas and implement them proactively.
• Empathic: You understand the needs of our customers and trade solutions.
