Active support of change processes and integration projects Close cooperation with management and other executives to support strategic decisions Promoting a culture of continuous improvement in project and test management Coordination as an interface between business and IT for projects of the Bank's strategic orientation Analysis, development, implementation and improvement of bank-wide test standards Implementation of projects to establish and improve test systems and tools Monitoring and reporting of project status also in terms of time/quality and proactive introduction of measures in case of delay or Deficiencies

You already have several years of experience in project management and support of IT projects, ideally in a comparable position You look at changes as a chance and have fun to go new ways You love challenges and overcome resistances to achieve the best result for your customers You have a strong analytical and strategic skills and a strong problem-solving mentality You work independently and proactively, but stay a team player You will be happy to take responsibility from analysis to implementation, and you will be delighted to question the status quo You have experience in working with interdisciplinary teams and stakeholders at different levels You have excellent communication and presentation skills
