Run your branch team with the support of the Deputy branch management Responsibility for the branch - ordering process, implementation of the presentation guidelines and daily tasks Personal responsibility - Creating service plans and promoting employee development Recruiting - Build your store team Exchange with regional management - meeting results and branch development

A completed vocational training - ideally experience in a comparable position in retail Entrepreneurial thinking and action - as well as a high degree of sense of responsibility Good communication skills - to motivate your store team and further develop through feedback availability - of 40 hours per week; 5 days per week; regular weekends and evenings readiness for eight-week integration - in one of our trainer stores in Germany Identification with the Action Values - Teamwork , Discipline, Cost Consciousness, Simplicity, Respect and Customer Orientation
