As an IT Demand Managerin, you will develop innovative IT solutions in the field of business processes within our business divisions and are the central contact partnerin and interface between them and IT. They act as quality control within the IT project acquisition process (Project Intake Process) and support, for example, the development of High Level Business Requirements, evaluate and check incoming requirements, create documentation and ensure compliance with process steps and time requirements. Together with the other IT domains, you evaluate IT requirements for their technical and economic feasibility, compliance with the IT corporate architecture and the IT strategy and determine the capacity and financial requirements for requested IT solutions. As part of the IT Project Portfolio Management, you will support the decision-making bodies by aggregating the project prioritization to the approval of the IT board and, if necessary, carry out the escalation route. They work closely with IT domains to ensure project implementation, to keep the project status up to date in the project management system and to create corresponding reports.

Completed university degree in economics, natural sciences, (economic) computer science or comparable qualification Ideally multi-year professional experience in interface functions between IT and business, desirable in the fields of IT-demand management, requirement management and/or (partial) project management of (IT) projects, as well as in the control and cooperation with software manufacturers and IT service providers Business process affinity and the ability to think business and translate this into sustainable IT solutions Experience in the (partial) project management of IT projects by agile and classic methods A strong customer and service orientation and a safe handling of complexity and unclear requirements A high level of communication and team skills is yours Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
