Law Firm Digitization & Processes Manager (m/f/d)

Process optimization & automation: You analyze our existing internal firm processes, identify digitization and automation potentials and implement them consistently. Your goal: increase efficiency and create free spaces for our core competence. Digital client collaboration: You are the engine for digital cooperation with our clients. You advise these proactively, bring them to digital solutions and are the central contact for the establishment and support of DATEV companies online (DUO) and other interfaces. DATEV as a strategic tool: You use your deep DATEV knowledge to exploit the full potential of the software for our firm and our clients and to develop our DATEV landscape strategically. IT management with perspective: You are at first the head behind all digitization projects. Perspectively, you take full responsibility for all IT issues at BHB – from the administration of infrastructure to support to IT security – and continue to build this area. Knowledge Manager & Coach: You train our team in dealing with new digital processes and tools and make sure that digitalization is carried along and lived by everyone.

Passion for digitalization: You burn to optimize processes and have an excellent sense of digital trends in the tax consulting industry. Practical experience: You have already successfully implemented digitalization projects, ideally in a tax law firm or a DATEV system house. DATEV- & Process Knowledge: You know very well with DATEV products, especially DATEV companies online, and understand the typical processes in a firm. Communication strength: You can convince both the management, inspire the team and bring clients patiently and understandably to new technologies. IT all-rounders: You have a solid foundation in the general IT administration (Microsoft 365, networks, IT security) to manage the technical basis for your projects. Macher mentality: You work independently, structured and do not hesitate to think and build things from scratch.
