Their main task is to continuously monitor the data center's technical infrastructure to ensure uninterrupted operation. You perform preventive maintenance measures to prevent technical disturbances and system failures. You ensure that the service-level agreements (SLAs) agreed with the customers are always adhered to. You ensure that all internal processes take place according to defined processes and in accordance with legal requirements and best practices. You accompany external service providers and suppliers and monitor their activities directly on site.

You have completed electrotechnical training; a qualification for electrical circuits would be advantageous. Professional experience in the context of data centers would be advantageous. You have knowledge of MS Office and ideally also experience with building control systems. You bring basic English skills. You are flexible and ready to work in shift operation. You like to learn to be resilient and value a productive teamwork. You characterize their own initiative and sense of responsibility.
