Client Advisor International Law – Specialist in International Social Security Law (m/f/d)

You are responsible for demanding insurance and performance cases with international coverage and ensure that our insurers are optimally secured abroad. You check and process shipments abroad and safely apply European social security regulations (e.g. A1 certificates). You communicate with European social security providers via the EESSI (Electronic Exchange of Social Secruity Information) digital system and actively participate in the international cooperation of social security. You clarify issues of responsibility for employment abroad and find practical solutions for complex issues. You check performance claims and process reimbursements for treatments abroad. You work closely with the Health Insurance Association (DVKA) and with foreign partner institutions. You serve insurers and their relatives abroad and assist them as a competent contact person. § You work together with internal specialist departments to ensure fast and customer-oriented processing.

You have completed training for the social security specialist (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) or a comparable qualification Ideally, you have practical experience in billing services abroad and applying international regulations In addition to a pronounced service orientation and communication strength, you have the ability to explain complex issues in a comprehensible manner Multiannual professional experience in the field of statutory health insurance is desirable You have a safe handling of relevant IT systems (e.g. 21c|ng)
