You jonglierst skillfully between legal guidelines, efficient building technology and your budget while supporting our hotel managers on site as a competent partner. With us, you combine technical know-how with a commercial mind and ensure that our high standards are not only maintained, but are constantly optimized. You regularly visit your hotels, introduce new hotel managers into the technology and are the direct wire for all technical questions

You control external partners, complete framework agreements and continuously expand our network to reliable service providers

From maintenance to repair, you coordinate and document all measures and keep the warranty periods in mind

You're working on priority disruptions and integrierst new or newly renovated hotels seamlessly into our existing portfolio

You are acquiring revision documents and bringing your expertise into exciting special projects

You have completed a degree in facility management, technical building management or civil engineering – alternatively you are an experienced technician

You look back on several years of experience in property or facility management and move safely between technical understanding and commercial action

Since you will be much on the way to your hotels, you will bring the necessary readiness to travel and a driving licence of class B, a car incl. private use, we will provide you with
