Your tasks...

• Secure delivery dates for spare parts orders
• Request of (plan)delivery times and prices for individual parts and assemblies
• Independent internal and external communication
• Processing of delivery situations for special customers
• Edit and maintain order confirmations
• Support the buyers and exponentials in the daily business
• Contact for service departments in terms of delivery times and delivery dates
• Creating reports and ad hoc evaluations

Your profile...

• They provide commercial knowledge of a completed commercial training.
• Ideally, you already have experience in purchasing and maintaining order confirmations and appointment tracking.
• Your own initiative, commitment and resilience, as well as solution-oriented action are the key.
• Enforcement at suppliers is an absolutely necessary capability.
• Knowledge in SAP and MS-Office (Excel basic knowledge) are required.
• Basic knowledge of English is advantageous.
