For our CityNetworks & Grids division, SPIE SAG GmbH is looking for you as parttime (24 to 32 hours per week) as soon as possible

PMO / Project control m/w/d Location: Dortmund Reference number: 2026-0204 Working time: parttime

Project management with overview: You support the project management in the planning, control and organisation of projects and take a central role in ensuring a structured and transparent project sequence in the PMO environment. In doing so, you can participate in the creation and maintenance of project plans, follow milestones, dates and dependencies and assist in the derivation of appropriate measures in case of deviations. Methodological support & standards: You work with established project management standards, templates and approach models and support project management and project teams in their application – both in classic and hybrid project approaches. You also use common project management tools to manage and document the projects. Reporting & decision support: You create project status reports, prepare decision bases for project and steering bodies and ensure a clear, addressable presentation of the project progress. You prepare project meetings as well as control and steering circles and ensure the binding follow-up of decisions and measures. Quality, risks & communication: You support quality and risk management, e.g. by maintaining risk and action lists, as well as quality assurance of project documentation. In addition, you will participate in the stakeholder and communication environment.

Completed studies, e.g. in the field of business management, economic engineering, business informatics or comparable commercial or technical training with relevant professional experience

Experience in project support, project coordination or in the PMO environment, ideally in transformation or digitization projects

Structured, reliable and careful operation as well as pronounced organisational and communication skills

Safe handling of the Microsoft-365 Suite (in particular Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and very good German knowledge in word and writing Knowledge of project management methods ideally in the energy and/or construction industry
