Real Estate Center Customer Advisor (m/f/d)

You advise private customers on all issues relating to the acquisition and financing of residential property in close communication with the associated branches. You will develop and decide on loan applications and conditions within the scope of your job-related competence. You actively involve solutions from our partners and public funding opportunities. You are active in the new customer acquisition and inventory processing in the assigned area. You are ready to process and fulfill individual formulated target values. You edit occasions and campaigns, agree on dates and create sales events.

You bring the completion of the course to/from the Savings Banker and Banker/-in (S) or a comparable degree and have ideally completed the real estate consulting seminar. You have extensive knowledge of the customer advice of private customers. You ideally know themselves very well in the active products of the Sparkasse and the composite partner products. You are a dynamic and flexible personality, which manages customers in terms of their degree and earnings. You make decisions confidently, like to work in the team and also analyse complex issues precisely. You convince with open, clear communication and a high customer orientation.
