Road Planning Engineer (m/f/d)

Technical supervision and advice of the external offices during planning and design processes, including examination, coordination and determination of measures during the planning and construction. Development and definition of technical standards, strategies and system solutions for road planning and ensuring the application and quality assurance. Processing of basic themes of the branch (e.g. demand planning, planning guidelines, traffic studies, cross-sectional design, noise and drainage concepts). Technical examination and evaluation of plan documents as well as support in planning changes and complex issues in the external offices. Further development and support of technical applications (e.g. road design software) as well as design and implementation of training. Participation in projects of road planning for federal motorways (subordinate), including design and approval planning, coordination and support of procurement and planning procedures.

Complete scientific (special)high school studies in the field of civil engineering (road planning/street design) or comparable expertise, qualifications and experience.

That would be desirable: Knowledge of planning and administrative law as well as relevant regulations and guidelines (e.g. FStrG, HOAI, BauGB, VwVfG, noise protection regulations). Professional knowledge in the field of immission protection and ideally multiannual professional experience in the relevant environment and administrative activity. Embossed personal skills: very good written expressiveness, team skills and independent and interdisciplinary work. High loadability and structured operation even under time pressure and safe application of common office software (Microsoft Office).
