You carry out the commercial support of our property portfolio independently You enter our operational rental management along the specified rental strategy You are responsible for the lease agreement management (Fristen-, Index-, Optionscontrolling) and their general correspondence You prepare rent accounting and pre-configuration of operating costs You set up heating and auxiliary cost accounting You wrote evaluations, reports, presentations and decision templates You process incoming user messages in the internal ticket system

You have a successfully completed training with immobility (e.g. real estate businessman (m/w/d)) or a completed study (e.g. in real estate) You have good MS Office skills and ideally have experience with SAP You could acquire good knowledge in business and real estate Your safe, friendly and customer-oriented appearance makes working day easier for you You have a sense of cost and a targeted and solution-oriented way of working Your profile is rounded off by your independent, careful and structured way You would call yourself a reliable, flexible and a real team player (m/w/d) JOBV1_EN
