You negotiate contracts and ensure the final consistency of documents You carry out risk assessments You evaluate financial business cases and identify opportunities to achieve the RC and NRC objectives You create and evaluate performance descriptions, information requests, quote requests and alerts You maintain the onboarding of suppliers and take over contract monitoring You advise in cooperation with legal service providers

Bachelor or Master degree in Law, Economic Law, Business Administration (BWL) or Business Engineering Alternatively, a degree in a comparable degree course focusing on contract management, purchasing, supplier management or finance Multiannual professional experience in the aviation or automotive industry Evidence of experience in the contractual negotiation Funded knowledge in the management and negotiation of different contract types (fixed price contracts, RC, NRC) High level of integrity, unrestricted commitment to ethics and compliance German and English skills
