For one of our renowned customers, we are looking for a dedicated and experienced quality manager (m/w/d). In this key position, you contribute significantly to ensuring the high quality standards of our customer and continuously developing them. If you have a strong quality awareness and have fun analyzing, optimizing and sustainable processes, we look forward to your application. You play a central role in creating transparency about product quality to our customers and internal quality deviations (not right first time). With your methodological know-how, you are specifically contributing to quality improvement and risk mitigation. You make sure that all business areas actively use our customer-oriented management system. From customer feedback, you systematically guide strengths and concrete measures to improve and support their implementation. By using Layered Process Audits (LPA), you promote the continuous improvement of our processes and implement optimization measures independently. You accompany audits according to ISO 9001:2015, EN 9100, ISO 14001 as well as AQAP, prepare management reviews and carry out audits with our suppliers according to plan or need. You support projects in quality assurance, accompany internal and external acceptances and ensure that all project-specific quality requirements are complied with and confirmed. You contribute to technical risk management methodically, recognise potential risks early on and actively participate in their assessment and processing. You care about the product safety acts and take responsibility in the area of work security by acting as an agent for this area. You measure your contribution to the success of your work and actively promote the further development and optimization of our integrated quality management system.

You have profound experience in quality management and know the relevant methods, regulations, standards and standards. Your background is technical – ideally you bring a completed university degree or a comparable qualification. As part of your studies or through targeted training, you have gained comprehensive knowledge in quality management. You have already gained practical experience with digitalization in the quality environment – or you see digitalization as an opportunity and are motivated to work into new digital tools and processes. With convincing appearance and clear concepts, you win both colleagues and customers for your ideas and suggestions for improvement. Thanks to your pronounced analytical skills, you can quickly identify complex tasks and develop systematic solutions. You work structured, methodologically and targeted – and bring this strength into all phases of your projects. The sovereign handling of Microsoft Office as well as other popular applications is obvious to you. Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing complete your profile.
