Servicetechniker Photovoltaik – Inhouse & Field Service (DACH) (m/f/d)

Place of work: Pfullingen (Inhouse) with inserts in DACH Scope: Full time, unlimited Start: from now on REFU Elektronik has been synonymous with German engineering in power electronics since 1965. From the Pfullingen headquarters, we develop and serve PV inverter solutions – with direct access to German/English-speaking experts (no call center) and 10 years of product guarantee as a strong promise to our customers. Your mission You are the technical backbone of our after-sales: You first release service cases remotely (in-house) and, if necessary, drive to our systems in DACH to permanently troubleshoot, to accompany commissioning and to inspire customers.

In-house (approximately 50–70 %): First diagnosis, technical analysis and remote-trouble shooting (inverter/communication). Priority of service requests. Coordination with Engineering/Product Management. Spare parts and RMA processing, pre- and post-processing of external inserts. Telephone/mail support “at eye level” with operators, EPCs and network operators. On site (DACH, about 30–50 % trip): commissioning, parameterization, firmware updates, function/security checks. Network/plant communication: RS485/Modbus integration, round-control receiver/DRM, EZA interfaces; Cooperation with direct marketers/leaders. Documentation (measurement/test logs, acceptance reports) and customer transfer.

Completed electrotechnical training (e.g. electronic energy/plant, mechatronic) or technician/master – ideal with PV practice. Experience with string inverters (in operation, troubleshooting, exchange) and basic knowledge of VDE‐AR‐N 4110/4120, NA/NS protection, work safety. Consistent with communication/monitoring systems (small solar log, meteocontrol, ...); Modbus/RS485 is your everyday life. German safe (C1), English practical (B1+); Driving license class B. Readiness to travel in DACH, independent and customer-oriented manner.
