System Manager Sales CRM and ERP (m/f/d)

In this key role, Salesforce and SAP S/4HANA will continue to develop the future of our distributor CRM and ERP countries. You work closely with the IT team and coordinate the cooperation with the sales department as a key player. You are analysing the demand from the distribution and absorbing it. You translate the technical requirements into technical solutions (customizing, confi­cation, specification) You ensure high data quality and optimal system usage You serve the relevant cutting points and work on the SAP S/4HANA Imple­mentation, incl. Go-live support You take over the key-user role for the area of sales (training, counselling, support and creation of system documentation)

You have a degree (e.g. Business Informatics, BWL) or a comparable qualification You have very good knowledge of Salesforce and/or SAP S/4HANA in the sales environment You have experience as a key user (m/w/d) and CRM / ERP expert (m/w/d), ideally also in ERP imple­mentation projects You have a very good understanding of end-to-end sales processes You are safe to use MS Office and ideally have basic knowledge in interfaces, data models and system integration You are characterized by an excellent process and system acceptance and an analytical, structured and solution-oriented method of operation.
