BeneVit is an owner-managed medium-sized service company with currently over 30 locations in five federal states. We are looking for an administrative force (m/w/d) for our facility in Hettingen.

Administrative tasks: the processing of personal and resident records and the management of the employment contracts. Home cost accounting: preparation and management of bills. Cash administration: care of the cash register and pocket money. Invoicing: billing with cost carriers and residents. Mahnwesen: Monitoring and implementation of dunning procedures. Postal processing: Inbox and distribution organisation. Contact person: First contact person for relatives, residents, visitors.

Commercial training: Ideally with experience in social and health care. MS Office Knowledge: Safe handling of the current programs. Friendliness and openness: Empathical dealing with residents.
