Type of employment: Full time

Area management – you take responsibility for the main restaurant and the à la carte restaurant and coordinate all processes there. Impulse generators – you develop internal work processes and ensure smooth communication. Innovative gastronomy concepts – You take over the development & implementation independently and in cooperation with our chef. Staff management - You are competently instructing your employees and trainees to optimally set them up and motivate them to top performances. Service and quality standards – You are responsible for implementing our policies. Offer design – creation of the food and beverage offer including the costing of the sales prices in cooperation with our chef. Planning – You are responsible for the purchase of drinks, food and consumables as well as the selection of suppliers according to the hotel standards. Heart blood in the operating activity at the guest – you spray with passion and passion in the advice and care of our guests and support your colleagues actively in the restaurant.

Your training – successfully completed in the hotel industry or gastronomy, ideally with training to the farmer or comparable suitability. Required qualification – trainer certificate according to AEVO.
