Your tasks:

• Reinforcement of kitchen brigades of different customers
• Inserts in canteens, hospitals, restaurants etc.
• Skilled handling of knives when cutting fruit, vegetables, fish, meat
• Food & food preparation support
• Portioning & dispensing meals or preparation for delivery
• Cleaning & storage of kitchen equipment
• Ensuring order & cleanliness in work areas
• Compliance with hygiene regulations (HACCP concept)

Your profile:

• Ideally first experience in the kitchen, we also like to give motivated cross-catchers (w/m/d) a chance
• Team capability & reliability
• A conscientious & fast operation
• Good German knowledge (min. B2) & a well maintained exterior
• Knowledge of the HACCP concept & teaching according to §43 Infection Protection Act (IfSG)
• Class B licence of advantage
