As part of our talent Acquisition team, you are responsible for the entire recruitment process for both IT and SAP positions. In close cooperation with the Hiring Managers, you develop suitable search strategies, identify suitable candidates and talk them directly about social and professional networks (LinkedIn, etc.) and inspire them with your open way. The coordination and implementation of telephone or virtual interviews as well as interviews in cooperation with the Hiring Managers complete your task. In addition, you are responsible for building and maintaining your own candidate network. Depending on your interest, you will also have the opportunity to answer and promote topics within the framework of Nagarro's specific talent Acquisition projects.

A successfully completed study, ideally for business management, business psychology or a comparable qualification with HR focus, form the basis of your qualification. Ideally, you already have experience in Active Sourcing and recruitment for positions in the IT environment. You have already gained first experiences with the relevant search tools and social media platforms and have ideally already worked with SmartRecruiters. You are highly result-oriented, communicative and appreciate working independently while being part of a cooperative and supportive team. You have analytical skills that help you pre-selection of candidates that fit perfectly with Nagarro. Flowing German knowledge in word and writing (at least C1) and English knowledge (at least B1) complete your profile.
