Head of Customer Service | Health & Social Economy (m/f/d)

You conduct the customer consulting department with their three team leaders:inside and a total of 25 employees active throughout Germany:income-oriented and continuously develop their performance. You control active market management across all customer segments, recognise market and growth potentials early and ensure consistent exhaustion of customer and acquisition potentials. You develop the consulting roles in the different channels and market segments and promote a performance-oriented, sales-intensive and customer-oriented consulting culture. You consistently align the activities of the department with the Bank's strategic, sustainable and economic objectives and continuously develop market management together with the Directorate. You support your team leaders in their leadership, coaching and sales responsibility. You will ensure a close and effective cooperation with the specialist areas and will support cooperation across areas.

You have a completed training as a banking businessman, as well as a further management qualification or a comparable out- or Training. You have several years of leadership experience in sales-related functions of a credit institution or a comparable environment. You have experience in the development of employees and executives as well as in building powerful teams. You bring comprehensive experience in the care of institutional customers, ideally with industry knowledge in the health and social economy. You have well-founded knowledge in the credit and finance business. You think and trade strategically, entrepreneurially and profit-oriented and consistently implement goals. You bring a high degree of readiness to change, work together across areas and move safely into distributive transformations.
