In order to strengthen the team, we are looking for an employee of technical sales service / technical support (m/w/d), which combines technical understanding with communication strength and has the pleasure of actively shaping customer projects. Customer support: Telephone and written support of customers and support of the external service in technical questions and project regulations. Technical support: processing of technical enquiries and complaints as well as developing suitable solutions together with internal specialist areas. Project support: Support for technical specifications, special solutions and ongoing customer projects. Supply Management: Support in the creation and processing of offers and maintenance of relevant data in the ERP and CRM system. Interface function: Close coordination with sales, design, manufacturing and product management to ensure smooth processes.

Qualification: Complete technical training, for example as an electrician, electronic or comparable – ideally with interest in the technical sales service. Alternatively, a commercial or sales formation with a detectable electrotechnical background. Expertise: Professional experience in the electrotechnical environment (e.g. from installation, assembly, service or maintenance) is absolutely necessary. This can be made from both the craft and the technical distribution or Our sales services come – the practical understanding of electrical engineering relationships and the desire to switch to the technical sales service or to a customer-oriented interface role. IT knowledge: Safe handling of ERP/CRM systems and interest in technical products and digital processes. Personality: Team-capable, communicative and pragmatic with a pronounced hands-on mentality as well as interest in customer contact and technical solutions.

Remuneration: Attractive salary package including 13 monthly salaries in a modern industrial company.
