For a well-known company in Heilbronn we are now looking for a shift manager in the camp (m/w/d).

Your tasks

• Order scanning: acquisition of customer orders by scanner.

• Order picking: selection and compilation of customer orders using hand, lift trucks or forklifts.

• Delivery preparation: preparation of the goods for shipping, including packaging and labelling.

• Proper storage and labelling: storage of goods in accordance with applicable standards and correct labelling for efficient warehouse management.

• Working with MDE devices: using mobile data acquisition devices for tracking warehouse movements and inventory management.

• Implementation of inventory and data management: support for inventory and maintenance and updating of inventory data.

• Compliance with working safety standards: ensuring compliance with work safety regulations throughout all workflows.

• Staff management: management and guidance of employees in the warehouse to ensure a smooth running of the work processes.

That's what you bring

• Successful completion of an apprenticeship as a specialist warehouse, a specialist in warehouse logistics or an equivalent qualification.
• Proofable professional experience in the management of a camp with personnel responsibility.
• flexibility and readiness for shiftwork.
• Owner of a valid forklift license
• Reliability and helpfulness
