For over two decades he has been available to its customers around the topic of construction. Own-responsible execution of the personnel activities Support and advice of management in all personal questions Acquisition of operational tasks in a generalistic environment (e.g. master data management, onboarding and offboarding, certification and contract creation) Communication and cooperation with the Works Council

HR all-rounder with empathy and commitment Completed commercial training with additional qualification in the personnel sector or a study with a focus on personnel management Multiannual professional experience in human resources, ideally in a medium-sized manufacturing company Willingness to take responsibility as a team player in a homogeneous company Ability to implement tasks structured through a pronounced “hands-on mentality”, even in a dynamic environment
