Technician / Specialist Planner Security Technology No On-Call | no field service (m/f/d)

You strengthen a 7-strong team in the heart of our real estate management - in an area with around 50 colleagues who focus on open communication and clear structures.

You take over the coordination and monitoring of our safety equipment - from fire alarm systems to intrusion alarm systems to access and camera systems. You receive fault messages, check and prioritize them and coordinate the use of external maintenance and service providers up to the final release and system documentation. You plan and coordinate maintenance cycles of all relevant systems and ensure complete maintenance of maintenance certificates and plant documentation in the CAFM system. You accompany renovation, extension and new building projects on the campus in accompanying function: You define minimum requirements for safety-relevant systems and are competent contact persons for architects and the construction commission. You communicate with internal interfaces - in particular with the company security and emergency call & control - as well as with external partners and service providers.

You have completed their studies in the field of electrical engineering, weak current technology or a comparable technical field - as an alternative a further training to the technician or master with relevant experience in safety technology. You bring many years of professional experience - ideally in the care and/or installation of safety equipment: fire alarm system, intrusion alarm system, access systems, camera systems. The work with CAFM systems is familiar to you and you know the relevant legal foundations and standards for the operation of safety-relevant systems as well as IT network know-how. You can organize parallel disruptions and service provider deployments and keep an overview even in challenging situations - you can distinguish structured work and reliability. You communicate clearly, bindingly and solution-oriented - internally and externally - and appreciate cooperation in an open, collegial team. You are ready to work predominantly at the Künzelsau site; Mobile work is possible occasionally after consultation.
