Strategic and operational management of own top-accounts for the group of spices (brand and private label) as well as leadership and development of a team as Group Key Account Manager (m/w/d) in the area of sales / sales food service Personal support and development of all customers: the management and responsibility of the negotiations on prices, conditions and framework conditions Planning, control and analysis, e.g. by implementing budget planning and sales planning, customer management or deriving relevant KPIs Continuous analysis of competitive positions and assortments as well as deriving concrete recommendations for action through the control and optimization of listings and the establishment of new business Development of customer-specific annual targets and strategies and action plans by conducting regional annual discussions

Graduate in Economics (e.g. Economics, Business Administration) or comparable training, e.g. as an industrial businessman / industrial businesswoman (m/w/d) Operational Experiences and Successes in Key Account Management / Sales / Sales for Products in the Brand or Private Label Division of FMCG with Focus on German Trade Centers, e.g. as Senior Key Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Manager etc. (m/w/d) Experiences in the management of negotiations and final experience in annual discussions as well as accurate knowledge of customer-side structures and decision-making processes Good understanding of market research results and their translation into arguments for customers: Flowing German and English knowledge in word and writing for communication with the customers:
