Calls for tenders and contract negotiations. You carry out independent tenders, negotiate prices and contracts and complete them. In addition, you will set up decision documents to prepare award recommendations and renegotiate existing contracts. Supplier and stakeholder management. You analyze donation data and carry out projects for optimization. In addition, you manage the performance of suppliers and escalation management along with the departments. In addition, you'll be struggling with our internal stakeholders and understand their specific requirements. Process optimization and reporting. You are an important part of our team and conduct continuous market analyses to find innovative procurement solutions that support Horváth's growth. In addition, you support and advise the operating purchasing team in order processing and catalog management in SAP and ensure that everything runs smoothly. You opt for our procurement processes/templates and make sure all governance requirements are complied with. You will also develop meaningful reports on ongoing, completed and planned procurement projects and donation reports based on SAP or BI solutions. Also, you will ensure that our intranet is always up-to-date by continuously introducing new templates, methods and processes.
