Creation of detailed rental offers Managing lease negotiations Development of rental strategies and independent implementation of all measures incl. Budget responsibility Construction, maintenance and development of a network for potential rentals Development of rental documents and exhibits Visit with tenants Organisation and monitoring of the overall process of rental (such as marketing, advertising, research, rebuilding, internal coordination with commercial and technical property management) Concept development of marketing strategies to increase rental success Creation of rental price estimates for purchase

Successfully completed property-specific training and/or study At least 6 years of professional experience in the rental of commercial properties as well as proven rental successes High commitment and initiative Embossed customer orientation and acquisition strength English language skills Routined handling of MS Office
