Sales Representative in the Office - Coating & Corrosion Protection (m/f/d)

For our coating plant in Hagen we are looking for a sales representative in the indoor service (m/w/d), who recognizes opportunities, enthuses customers and brings things forward. Someone who not only sends offers, but understands markets, discovers potentials and actively participates in the further development of our site. We do not expect rigid corporate structures, but short paths, direct communication and the opportunity to really move something.

New customers win: You build new business relationships, identify market potential and actively develop sales. Strengthen customer relationships: You support our existing customers in partnership and develop cooperation in the long term. Understanding the market: Through market analysis, benchmarking and strategic evaluations, you can keep a close eye on competition, developments and opportunities at any time. Instead of offering: You consistently follow offers and turn inquiries into successful projects. Bringing forward themes: Whether digitalization, process optimization or internal projects – you bring ideas and actively implement things. Dealing with overview: price talks with suppliers as well as supply and supplier comparisons lead you economically and targeted.

Sales experience with technical understanding: You know both indoor and outdoor services and feel at home in the technical environment. Corrosion protection? You are welcome: knowledge in the field of corrosion protection or a KOR appearance are a plus, but no need. Entrepreneurship: You recognize opportunities, act independently and think solution-oriented. Secure appearance: Whether customer, supplier or team – you communicate clearly, bindingly and at eye level.
