Process Manager InsurTech (m/f/d)

You make complex insurance topics easy to understand for our customers and help them make informed decisions. You secure operational excellence, identify optimization potentials and drive the continuous development of processes through the use of automation, artificial intelligence and innovative technologies. Together with the IT and the Product Owner, you take responsibility and drive forward the further development of digital processes and the implementation of innovative automation solutions. You develop automated reporting and data quality systems and ensure a sustainable process performance through data-driven analyses. In agile projects, you work closely with internal and external partners, control the introduction of innovative solutions and provide strategic impulses for the further development of our process landscape.

A successfully completed university degree with good grades, e.g. in BWL, VWL, Computer Science, Business Informatics or a comparable degree course. You bring at least two years of relevant professional experience in a fast-paced environment such as consulting, business development, process management or IT project management. Your strong analytical skills, high numerical affinity and a hand-on mentality enable you to efficiently solve complex challenges. You are able to quickly understand complex facts and to develop creative and practical solutions. Curiosity and enthusiasm for unique customer experience, process automation and digital trends. You convince by strong communication skills, a quick understanding and the ability to develop and implement pragmatic solutions independently. Negotiating German and English skills as well as experience in dealing with agile project methods complement your profile optimally.
