Fully strategic and operational advice from managers of all business sectors along the Employee Life Cycle Further development of individual working conditions and identification and evaluation of new labour law and regulatory requirements Design and control of individual labour law measures including examination of legal adequacy and process strength Management of cooperation with the works council as main contact partner*in incl. management and moderation of business agreement negotiations Proactive identification of personal-relevant fields of action and introduction of impulses for the further development of strategic HR topics as well as initiation and management of area-related HR projects

Completed legal or economic studies with a focus on labour law and well-founded practical experience in labour law Professional experience as HR Business Partnerin, Labour Law Firmin, Legal Counsel Labour Law or in a comparable function Funded knowledge of individual and collective labour law as well as a sovereign handling of complex and sensitive personnel decisions Proofable experience in cooperation with works councils and in the negotiation of operating agreements Embossed consulting and solution competence, strategic thinking and joy in actively shaping strategic HR topics
