Processing of supplier documents (e-mail, e- invoice) and storage in electronic procurement workflow Shipment of invoices for material and computational testing to the departments and processing of the returns Collection and processing of invoices, credits and cancellations in SAP (VIM, MM, FI) Examination of the formal completeness of incoming documents and ensuring proper documentation Communication with specialist areas for creditor accounting queries and payment reminders Support in debitor accounting and invoice

Successfully completed commercial training or an economic study Professional experience in creditor accounting and practical SAP-MM skills Knowledge and/or practical experience in the SAP modules FI, VIM and SD as well as in the use of electronic file management desirable Very good knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) Very good knowledge of German in word and writing (level C2)
