Team Lead Payroll (f/m/d)

You take over the professional and personal management of our experienced payroll team within the HR Operations Center DACH and remain operational in the personnel billing. In addition to the operational coordination of a defined area of responsibility, you actively shape the further development of our payroll processes and act as the central:r Sparringspartner:in for internal stakeholders. Coordination of professional and human subjects as well as further development of a playful payroll team

Operational cooperation in personnel calculation for a defined support area

Central respondent for monthly pay billing in Austria (as well as for interest in the DACH region) and for wage tax, social insurance and labour law issues

Active participation in process optimization, standardization and digitization as well as payroll and HR projects

Control and maintenance of internal and external interfaces (authorities, social security, financial offices, auditors, etc.)

completed commercial training, ideally with HR focus, with a multi-year well-founded professional experience in the Austrian personnel calculation; Additional training (e.g. personal calculator examination or course Tested: for pay calculator:in) of advantage

Ideally, first practice in the professional management or coordination of employees:inside

Experience with SAP HCM or comparable payroll systems desirable

Very good knowledge of German, good knowledge of English
