Project Buyer (m/f/d)

Determination of the material and service requirements in coordination with development and project management and harmonisation of contractual conditions between customers and suppliers (price binding, escalation, delivery capacity, contractual penalties, GWL-Pflicht etc.) Coordination of the selection of suppliers with relevant specialist areas and support in supplier approval and development Creation of requests, testing and evaluation of supplier offers from a commercial point of view and implementation of price and contract negotiations at national and international level Control and processing of orders for materials, components and services according to project requirements Monitoring and coordination of delivery dates and ensuring scheduled delivery in close coordination with the project team Coordination of change needs, interface processes and ensuring a smooth procurement process Cooperation with quality assurance, processing of complaints and ensuring agreed warranty conditions and, where appropriate, Recruitment Active cooperation in projects and identification, assessment and communication of risks and project-relevant topics Regular creation and implementation of reports and project status presentations

You have a degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management or a comparable qualification You have relevant professional experience in technical purchasing or project purchase You have profound knowledge of contract and supplier management as well as in pricing and negotiation You bring experience in cooperation with cross-functional project teams and project management You have analytical know-how and cost awareness You are characterized by binding communication, organisational skills and enforcement You have knowledge of English and good knowledge in SAP and MS Office Own initiative, an independent and structured way of working and team spirit and communicative competence complete your profile
