Working student in the field of HR – training / junior staff development (m/f/d)

As a working student:in the team junior staff development are your tasks: In the day-to-day operating business, you support our junior staff (traines, dual students, trainees) and use our training management tool for this. You perform administrative tasks around the onboarding process of our junior staff. This includes the implementation of our Buddy program and the preparation of the pre-board event of our trainees and dual students. You help with training-related questions of our junior staff. You start reporting overviews on different topics within the development of young talent and regularly check them on topicality.

You are registered:r Student:in the field of Business Administration (ideally with a focus on staff), Business Psychology or a comparable degree course You have fun working with young people and understanding trade issues You like to work surgically and are safe to use the MS‐Office package, especially Excel You work structured, carefully and independently You bring communication strength and joy in exchange with internal and external contacts: Very good knowledge of German in word and writing complete your profile
