Description

• L1/2-Support and user support in meeting and video conference rooms
• Supply management for the technical equipment of audio/video rooms
• Control of Airbus Live Events based on Google Meet Livestream
• Repair and maintenance of technology in meeting and video conferencing rooms (flat screens, beamers, screens, cameras, microphones, tablets, loudspeakers, Google Meet video conferencing systems)
• IP telephony components in the data center
• Check of hardware in training rooms
• Warehouse and spare parts management
• Ticket processing in SNOW
• English knowledge of ticket maintenance and communication with service coordination
