Your tasks:

• Support of people: Your work focuses on 12 people with mental disabilities in a special form of residence and 10 people who are intensively supported in their own apartment
• Daily support: You accompany our residents in everyday life and support them in challenging or crisis-like situations
• Network work: You participate in internal and external networks and actively involve our residents

What you should bring:

• Professional qualification: You have completed training or study, for example as educators, nurses, medical teachers, social workers or health caregivers (m/w/d)
• Operation: A structured and reliable way of working helps you to support our residents both in the house and in the social area according to the planning of participation
• Mobility and digital knowledge: You have a class B driving licence as well as computer skills
