A completed study of pedagogy, social work or a comparable university degree Experience in vocational education, ideally in the rehabilitation of young people with disabilities in the field of psychology and learning Experience in personnel management and staff development Experience in concept development and its implementation Disability-specific knowledge and relevant training Knowledge of SGB III and SGB IX and the relevant legal framework Communication skills, social competence, organisational competence and a strong customer-oriented behaviour and knowledge of the educational landscape as well as the training and labour market The membership of a Christian church, which belongs to the working group of Christian Churches (ACK) in Germany, is desirable.
