Type of employment: Unlimited Working time: Full time Place of work: Elchingen Within our team, you are advising clients from the largest Bosch Rexroth Business Unit Mobile Hydraulics in Elchingen on all aspects of economic law: contract law including sales, competition and antitrust issues as well as service and data-oriented business models taking into account the strategic objectives of the Business Unit and its industries. You conduct contract negotiations with the customers – possibly in coordination with the Bosch legal departments in the respective country – and also perform the order function. A close cooperation and coordination with the sales management of the Business Unit, the domestic and foreign sales units, as well as the colleagues in the Legal Department at the headquarters of the unit takes place.

Education: completed university studies in law with above-average qualifications and 2nd legal state exams. Experience and know-how: at least five years of professional experience as a lawyer, in a larger, international company or in a firm. Personality and work: you are a communicative, humorous, open-minded and team-capable person and have a responsible, structured, targeted and flexible way of working; the ability to identify and take into account economic relationships as well as organizational talent and the ability to “stakeholder management” distinguish you. Technical understanding and negotiation skills and loadability are essential. Ready to travel is required. Languages: very good German and English
