Talent Acquisition Specialist / HR Recruiter – Active Sourcing, Railway Technology & Mobility Transition (m/f/d)

You take over Active Sourcing independently and find qualified candidates for us via LinkedIn, XING and other networks. You develop and implement target group-specific search strategies for specialist and key positions and build sustainable talent relationships. Building on this, plan, control and accompany the entire recruiting process – from the demand and/or Requirements analysis up to the contract signature. In addition, create request profiles and manage the publication of job advertisements via appropriate channels – always in coordination with specialist areas and our teams. You will see and evaluate application documents, perform job interviews and maintain the applicant management system in order to guarantee efficient processes and an appraisal candidate experience. Last but not least, you contribute to Employer-Branding measures and introduce your ideas at trade fairs, university cooperations or school visits.

Completed studies, ideally in human resources management or Human Resource Management or a similar degree course, alternatively a comparable qualification Multiannual experience in recruiting, especially in Active Sourcing Routine in communication via business networks, with sourcing tools and know-how to use digital recruiting channels Communication skills (German knowledge of C1 level and English knowledge of B1 level) in word and writing, persuasiveness and good sense for target groups With the pleasure of teamwork, a structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working as well as service- and candidate-oriented action, you can perfectly match us.
