In this role, you assume the overall strategic and operational responsibility for Investor Relations, Corporate Communications, Internal Communications and ESG and manage the positioning of the company on the capital market in close cooperation with the Executive Board and relevant stakeholders. They're reporting directly to the CFO. This includes the following tasks: Development and control of the IR strategy and equity story as well as consulting the Management Board on capital market-relevant issues Responsibility for all capital market-relevant publications and formats (reports, press releases, ad hoc communications, presentations, general meeting, Earnings Calls, Roadshows) Building and maintaining resilient relationships with investors, analysts, banks and capital market media (ECM & DCM) Analysis of capital market, competition, peer group and shareholder developments and deriving concrete recommendations for action Total responsibility for internal and external corporate communication including Media and press work Development and implementation of an integrated international communication strategy through all relevant channels Construction, implementation and further development of the ESG strategy, including VSME Reporting, ESG KPIs, ESG risks and communication with rating agencies Ensuring regulatoryly correct financial, ESG and capital market communication (disclosure, governance, compliance) Control of communication in ad hoc, special and crisis situations Professional and disciplinary leadership of a team of currently three employees as well as management of external agencies and consultants Close cooperation with management board, supervisory bodies and central functions such as finance, legal, operations and business development

Long-standing relevant professional experience in international investor relations, financial and capital market communication, corporate communications, ideally in a regulated or capital market environment Multiannual leadership experience, including professional and disciplinary responsibility Very good consulting skills and security in the Sparring with board and supervisory bodies Ability to strategically structure complex content and to communicate clearly, consistent and addressable Experience in dealing with media, public stakeholders and sensitive communication situations Joy of interaction with investors, analysts and banks Basic understanding of governance, compliance, ESG and reporting requirements German and English skills
