Number: MER0003XB0 At the Mercedes-Benz Untertürkheim plant, we build the hearts of our automobiles: high-quality and pioneering batteries and electric drivetrains for our electric cars in our Mercedes-Benz plants worldwide, as well as motors, transmissions, axles. Our task as logistics planning is to plan robust, slim and efficient logistics processes for all Mercedes-Benz cars automatic transmissions as well as electric drive trains for all electrified vehicles. This includes the processes of inbound logistics for the delivery of the plant, intralogistics for the planning of internal production processes and outbound logistics, which plans worldwide shipping. Our daily challenge is the design and implementation of processes for cross-departmental optimization and harmonisation of logistics flows. These tasks await you, among others: Cooperation in logistics planning in the exciting large-scale start of our new electric drivetrain in the international production network

Independent processing of small projects to optimize the logistics process for supplying automatic transmission production

Presentation and presentation of work results in the management environment

Design of logistics areas and processes in future production in different countries

Cooperation in the implementation of Lean Production projects according to the criteria of the Mercedes-Benz production system

Development of the future work of inbound, intra- and outbound logistics in the Hedelfingen plant in a separate project

Knowing the planning day (e.g. preparation and voting of decision documents)

The activity can begin from February/March 2026.

Degree course in the field of Business Administration with specializations Production, Logistics or Material Flow, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Logistics, Production Technology or a comparable degree course

Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing
