Service Technician (m,/f/d)

Maintenance, repair, de- and installation of media supply systems on site Installation and adjustment of equipment and plant components on site Review / Test of safety-relevant components ( bursting disk, safety or overflow valve etc.) Diagnosis of technical problems / error analysis and their elimination Consulting and customer support (by phone, online and on site) Creation of interfaces to the customer Functional and efficacy testing after performing the work Implementation of commissioning in the presence of the customer /AG Consultation and if necessary: instructions and training Safe handling of measuring instruments, test equipment and technical tools Preparation of reports, documentation, measurements incl. isometry – preparation of measurement reports Repair services / adjustment of maintenance contracts to VID Procurement of necessary replacement or Repair components (material management) Compliance with valid UVV / safety, quality and company standards If necessary: use and coordination of foreign companies Where irregularities or deviations are detected, prompt information to the supervisors

Completed vocational training Knowledge of welding processes Car driving licence Professional experience in plant engineering / High Tech area Team skills / communication skills German in Word and Writing PC Knowledge (Microsoft Office / ERP System) Knowledge/reading of power and circuit diagrams Installation services
