Cutting machine operator specialising in turning and milling technology (m/f/d)

In your new activity as a machining mechanic (m/w/d), you are responsible for operating a CNC-controlled gantry portal milling machine for processing large-scale naval components (sections). Self-clamping and alignment of components on the machine with reference dimensions is your task. You manufacture running surfaces, dimensions and sophisticated surfaces according to drawings and standards. SDu takes care of the selection, assembly, presetting and rational use of tools programming simple CNC programs by hand, as well as adaptation and optimization of inventory programs at a Siemens 840Dsl controller. Maintenance and maintenance of machine tools as part of daily care is part of your task. You carry out crane activities.

You have successfully completed your training as a machining mechanic (d/m/w) milling technique. You have experience in aligning and fixing (clamping) large components. Multiannual professional experience in CNC machining is desirable. You have well-founded knowledge with the Siemens 840Dsl controller and ideally Heidenhain. You bring experiences in common computer systems. You are characterized by a high level of responsibility, improvisation and organizational skills. You are characterized by high awareness of detail and conceptual thinking. Self-employed and flexible work, team and contact skills as well as readiness for shiftwork and international business trips complete your profile.
