You carry out maintenance, maintenance and repair work on sanitary, heating and ventilation systems You analyze faults and fix technical defects professionally You install, build and optimize SHK systems in existing buildings You control plant safety according to legal requirements, such as drinking water hygiene and fire protection You document the work done in the CAFM system You work with internal areas as well as external service providers and specialist companies and represent the master care on holiday or illness

You have a completed vocational training as an investment mechanic (m/w/d) SHK, installer (m/w/d) SHK or a comparable qualification You have several years of professional experience in the raw installation and the final assembly of sanitary and heating systems You have sound knowledge of sanitary, heating and ventilation technology You have craftsmanship, a technical system orientation and work independently You are team-ready, responsibly and are confident You have a class B driving licence
