Advanced People Controller (m/f/d)

Budget planning: Responsibility for budget creation and rolling forecasts for personnel costs and stocks across all locations Deviation analysis: performing monthly nominal/actual comparisons and proactive derivation of recommendations for action for management Advice: Close cooperation with our sales managers to support location-related personnel resource planning Reporting: Continuous development of our People dashboards as well as creating meaningful standard and ad hoc reports Data consistency: Ensuring data quality as a link between people management, finance and sales Digitalization: Active participation in the implementation of new AI-driven controlling tools and BI solutions

Education: Completed study of economics with a focus on personnel, controlling or finance or a comparable qualification Experience: Multiannual practice in controlling or business analysis, ideally in a commercial environment Analytical capacity: talent for the preparation of complex data structures in transparent and comprehensible information Working method: High focus on quality management combined with a pronounced number affinity Personality: communication strength, solution orientation and joy in self-responsible work in the agile team IT knowledge: Secure handling of MS Office, especially Excel, and ideally first touch points with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau
