Welcome to MEIKO – the source of cleanliness and sustainability, with space for visions. strategic management of a production area in sheet metal production with technical and disciplinary responsibility of approx. 30 - 60 employees and several team leaders Ensuring the smooth production process while maintaining quality, time and cost targets Analysis, optimization and further development of manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and productivity Promotion and professional development of team leaders constructive cooperation with the areas of work preparation, construction, purchasing and quality assurance Creation and handling of key figures and regular reporting to management Implementation and active support of lean management methods

completed technical studies in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, production engineering or comparable qualification at least five years of leadership experience within production, ideally in mechanical engineering / in sheet metal processing ideally well-founded knowledge in welding and sheet metal engineering well-founded knowledge in production planning and control as well as in lean management strong leadership and communication skills, ability to solve problems, strategic thinking and a high self-initiative very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
