As a primary digitization partner of the Bundeswehr, we provide stable, safe and efficient IT services in Germany and abroad, from basic operations to the field close to the application and thus contribute to the continuous increase in the leadership and operational capacity of the Bundeswehr. With over 7,000 colleagues, we operate and modernise one of the largest and most complex IT infrastructures in Germany. Senior IT Expert Changemanagement German Mission Network (m/w/d) from now on and in full time, ideally in the Bonn area, alternatively nationwide at a BWI location. The Customer Solution Unit CIR & See is responsible for BWI's projects and projects towards the customer in the dimensions “Cyber- & Informationsraum” and “See” of the Bundeswehr. This includes solutions in the context of IT, in support of operations and exercises, for transferable systems, to ensure the IT supply of Bw abroad and also of the Marine, both for stationary and sea-based shares.

Management and coordination of change management and participation in and Control of the creation of performance descriptions for upcoming changes in the project Control of the requirement clarification both externally with the customer and internally with the professional contact persons over the entire project duration Transfer of requirements, including quality assurance measures to the requirement management tool (Require7) Control of the creation of specific test case criteria (reference management) per request both externally with the customer and internally with the technical contact persons Participation in requirement management for serial production of the transferable data centers Documentation, visual representation and bundling of expertise, procurement and process knowledge in the project area GMN

Completed studies or comparable training in the field of IT and/or business About 5 years of professional experience in the processing of changes for IT and infrastructure projects Experience in technical requirements management for and in the collection, presentation and summary of process chains in IT and infrastructure projects Knowledge of modelling and management-oriented presentation of results obtained Impressed earnings orientation, enforcement capacity, structured and reliable working methods as well as good communication, team and delegation capabilities, resilience and frustration tolerance Flowing German and good English skills
