Sales Representative Inside Sales – Industrial Piping Systems (m/f/d)

Location: Hamburg ITG is the specialist wholesale trade for industrial pipeline systems. As a full ranger, we deliver services from a single source. We are close on site, know our customers and convince with special service as well as an industry-wide unique logistics. Care with the ITG COLLIN & STELLING KG for the fast and reliable delivery of our customers.

You are the first contact person for our customers from pipeline and plant engineering. You will independently process enquiries, offers and orders. You advise our customers competently and solution-oriented on products and applications. You operate active sales on the phone and expand existing customer relationships. You recognize the challenges of our customers and find solutions that match them. You act as an important interface between our customers and internal processes. You accompany projects and processes reliably from the request to the successful implementation. You work closely with the external service and develop customers and market potential together. You actively contribute to the further development of your own inner service district. You coordinate cooperation with internal departments and ensure a smooth flow of information.

A completed commercial or technical training. Ideally, first experience in sales services, customer service or technical trade. Industry knowledge in the field of steel, stainless steel, installation technology or fitting technology is desirable, but no requirement. Embossed customer and service orientation. Joy in selling and in daily contact with customers. Technical understanding and interest in products in need of declaration. Self-employed, structured and careful working.
